ABOUT
My goal is to help managers and employees gain new perspectives, see new opportunities and strengthen the community, so that they can grow and become even better at their function.
I have been a municipal manager for 25 years, of which over 15 years as head og department, where I have contributed to strengthening leadership development, collaboration and development in the quality of the core service.

As a manager and leader, I have facilitated many counseling courses for managers and middle managers - as a team and as individuals. I have also planned and carried out many theme days, project courses and development efforts.
After many years as a teacher, I became a school head, educational consultant, teacher on the teacher training program and municipal manager. In addition to my teaching training, I have a consultancy training, an evaluation training, a diploma in management and a Master in Public Governance. I am certified on the Big Five personality test and am certified as a host on the dialogue game Flow Game.
For many years I have been part of the international network for process facilitators, Art of Hosting, and acquired many of the developed methods. Here, the focus is on activating and sharing the experiences and visions of all participants.
I have worked in steering groups, project groups, Advisory Boards, negotiation groups and been a trustee in professional organisations.
It is my specialty to seek the balance between personal leadership and co-creation in teams or leadership groups. Then the management becomes multiple, diverse and strong.
I have established Thorborg Transformation to contribute my extensive experience to development processes.
